Tips for a Successful Application
To keep GIPHY fun, safe, and inspiring, make sure your channel follows these guidelines before you apply:
• Upload at least 5 original pieces: Your channel needs a minimum of five uploads to apply.
• Keep it clean: Channels may not contain explicit content. Check out our Community Guidelines here.
• No third-party logos: Avoid third-party branded logos. If it’s a logo specific to your Creator account, that is allowed.
• No commercial promotion: Channels cannot directly promote companies selling goods or services, or include calls to action like “buy now” or “click here.”
• Avoid spam: Content designed for “pay for clicks” or other spammy tactics is not allowed.
• Brand Channels: If you’re an account promoting or representing a brand, make sure to apply for a Brand Channel instead of a Creator Channel.
